Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the good(s) must be unused and be in their original condition.

Goods can be returned in person or via courier.

Please note: Some items are excluded from our returns policy.

For courier returns:

• Carefully pack your unwanted item(s), ensuring they are protected.
• Clearly write our address on the outside of the package.

The cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to use a tracked service for returning your order as a guarantee.

If your return complies with the requirements outlined above, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item returned does not comply with our outlined requirements.
